'I'm Sasha Fierce In Bed' - Beyonce Goes Wild On The Covers Of CR Fashion Book

Beyoncé Knowles has been revealed as the cover star of CR Fashion Book's fifth issue. The majestic singing sensation who wrote a revealing poem with writer Forrest Gander entitled 'Bey The Light' for the issue - is clad in a voluminous Yohji Yamamoto floral cape and black stilettos; her sleek legs peeking out
from the garment as she crouches to the floor. In a cheeky nod to her sex life and a reference to 'Sasha', her stage alter-ego, her poem reads: 'Though we're different as blue and red, I'm not afraid to draw from her in performance, rifts, even in bed.'
The poem was written by Mr Gander using statements from Beyoncé's interview with the publication; which aside from her sex life, explores her dedication to her two-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy and her 'deep bond' with young children. 'It's my daughter, she's my biggest muse. There's someone, we all find out soon, more important than ourselves to lose.'
The lyrics continue: 'I learned at a very young age, when I need to tap some extra strength, to put my persona, Sasha, on stage.'
Other mentions made in the original interview include references to the 'chaos' in her life: 'Utopias, they don’t much interest me. I always mess things up a bit. Its chaos, in part, that helps us see. 'You call me a singer, but I’m called to transform, to suck up the grief, anxiety, and loss of those who hear me into my song’s form.'
In images from the conceptual shoot, Beyoncé is seen topless and draped in a fawn-coloured Celine coat, with tousled hair extensions reaching down to the floor. In another, she stands strong dressed in an over-sized white Nike T-shirt and a Carine Gilson corset, with - perhaps in an ode to her song Drunk In Love - a Chanel surfboard strapped to her back.
In a third shot from the spread, she adopts an athletic, legs-splayed pose with her hair slicked back, clad in a selection of chunky Comme Des Garcons knits.
