Boko Haram Renames Mubi Town & Urges Displaced Persons To Return Home

The Leadership reports that Boko Haram Islamist sect today, Tuesday, Nov. 5th, urged displaced persons in captured communities of Adamawa State to return home, and assured them of safety, adding that they are safer under the “Islamic Caliphate” than Nigerian territories, residents disclosed to reporters.
