School Teacher Fired After Her Students Found & Posted Her Nude Selfies Online

A middle school teacher lost her job because students posted her nude photos online. According to Rolling Out Magazine, Lekeshia Jones, 34, taught a business class for students after school at Myers Middle School in Savannah, Georgia. When the class was over, Jones allowed students to use her cellphone so
they could call their parents. She stepped out of the room and the students went through her phone and found nude photos.

The students used their cellphones to take pictures of the nude photos. The next day, the students created a T.H.O.T. Facebook page and posted Jones’ nude photos on the social media page. The photos soon went viral around the school.

A female student eventually told Jones that her nude photos had gone viral. But instead of telling school administrators, Jones tried to investigate it herself. Jones says she missed three weeks of school because she was under a doctor’s care. School officials claim she missed work after they confronted her.

Jones was terminated because administrators said the nude photos should not have been in the classroom. But she says the students were wrong for going into her phone and stealing personal images. She has filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against the school board and will press charges against the students who took photos of her pictures on her phone.
