The Outbreak Has Begun: 2 Medical Personnel Down With Ebola Virus In Lagos - Ministry Of Health

There is an outbreak of the dreaded Ebola Virus disease in Nigeria. Following the death on Monday, the Lagos doctor who treated the Liberian man that died few days ago. It has now been confirmed that two other medical personnel on the team are down with the virus. The Minister of health, Onyebuchi Chukwu
who spoke to newsmen and explained that the second doctor who attended to the Liberia's Patrick Sawyer and the nurse who managed him have full-blown cases of the Ebola virus disease. The Minister of health, also said that eight persons that had first degree contact with the Liberian before he got to the hospital had also been quarantined and are under strict observation.
