In a press conference yesterday, the director of media and publicity, PDP presidential campaign organization, Chief Femi Fani Kayode claimed that PDP was winning in 23 states. INEC Chairman, Prof. Jega addressed the media later yesterday's evening and said he does not know where Femi Fani-Kayode got his information about PDP winning in 23 states.
