TV Presenter & Media Personality, Naana De Souza Looses Battle With Cancer

Naana De Souza - One of the best voices in the broadcasting industry in Nigeria, has been reported dead of a cancer related ailment at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra, Ghana after a 6-year battle with cancer. Souza who was one of the best presenters in the country during her time at Silverbird Television before she moved to the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), was a columnist for Punch, City People, radio and TV presenter who had her talk show for many years before she relocated to Ghana where she continued her work.
She will be buried on June 5th in Accra. A service of songs will be organized for her in Lagos on June 10th. She is survived by her husband Magnus De Souza and four children. May her soul rest in peace, Amen.
