Multiple award winning English singer and songwriter, Samuel "Sam Smith" Frederick , rose to fame in October 2012 when he was featured on Disclosure's breakthrough single "Latch", which peaked at number 11 on the UK Singles Chart, and became more popular with his monster hit "Stay With Me", recently gone public with his Gay status and his romance with his new love, Jonathan Zeizel.

The 22-year-old singer and his current beau, who was an extra in the video for Sam's song 'Like I Can', are enjoying a romantic break in Sydney, Australia, together and Jonathan couldn't resist sharing a pictures of them on social media.
