Man Who Walked From Lagos To Abuja To Celebrate Buhari’s Victory Arrives In Suleja

33-year-old Hamisu Abubakar vowed to walk from Lagos to Abuja if Gen. Muhammadu Buhari wins the presidential elections. After Buhari’s victory, Abubakar proceeded to fulfill his pledge. And now, 13 days and five pairs of shoes later, he is practically at his destination.

The Leadership reports that yesterday, he arrived at Suleja, which is 35 kilometers away from Abuja. Abubakar hopes to meet Buhari in person and congratulate him for his victory in the presidential elections. These are pictures of his arrival in Suleja, where he received a warm welcome.
