"I’m Single & Not Dating Banky W" - Niyola Dispel Rumours

Empire Mates Entertainment  Record’s first lady, Niyola, in the past, has faced a lot of questions on her relationship status after rumours making rounds online states that she's currently dating EME boss and label mate, Banky W. In this interview with Sunday Tribune, Niyola opens up about relationships as well as her music and career path. Read excerpts from her interview below:

On Banky W in her ‘Love You, Love You’ video: … [He] is my boss and that is it. We didn’t even get intimate. He is my boss and we did the video together. I don’t think that should raise any dust. He is my boss; he even gave me a birthday gift. There is nothing attached to our relationship.

On her ideal man: I don’t think there’s such a thing as an ideal man. I just like a matured, very self-respecting, God-fearing and good looking man who is also intelligent enough to take me for who I am.

On being single: I’m single at present because I chose to and I don’t know when I will be ready for a relationship, I will know and you will also know after me.
