No fewer than 11,500 seats were sold for what is dubbed as the most expensive fight in boxing history. The stage setting is lavish enough for a grand entrance of the two gladiators in Saturday night's Fight of the Century as they made their way to the scales through the roaring crowd. The fans of Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao had struggled through long queues and security searches to gain entry at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Vegas, some of them arriving three hours before the ritual checking of poundage. Jeffrey Okafor Found Guilty Of Murder & Set To Be Sentenced Today

24-year old Jeffrey Okafor, who attacked 19-year old DJ Carl Beatson Asiedu in Vauxhall in August 2009 outside a nightclub in London, confessed to his girlfriend before fleeing to Nigeria using his brother's passport. Beatson Asiedu's death was caused by a single stab wound to the front of the chest. Jeffrey was caught in Nigeria in November 2014 and extradited back to UK. He is due for sentencing today.
