Video Of American Police Officer Shooting Unarmed Man Goes Viral

The video of a South Carolina police officer shooting and killing an unarmed man on Saturday has surfaced online and gone viral. According to reports, he has been formally charged with murder yesterday. The witness video appears to show the moment when the officer fatally shot a driver whom he had pulled over eight times at the back. A murder conviction in the state could lead to the death penalty or up to 30 years to life in prison, according to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division.  Watch the video below;
