'We're disappointed to see yet another celebrity posing with a wild animal. Tiger cubs belong in the wild, with their mothers – not in captivity for use as entertainment or photo props.' Silia Smith of World Animal Protection told DailyMail.com.
'While interacting with wild tigers may seem harmless, people posing with wildlife don't realize that a "once in a lifetime" photo for them means a lifetime of misery for the animal. To be used for entertainment, wild tigers are cruelly poached from the wild as babies or bred in captivity,'While Orangutans are also an endangered species, it was Khloe's shot of the feline that had activists most upset. 'To people like Khloe Kardashian who love animals, our message is simple: see them in the wild,' Smith urged.
She also warned that tigers are 'highly unpredictable' and have mauled several tourists, and sometimes have their canines removed - at great distress - in case of that.
