The ‘King of rap’ Vic O has stated that the official music video for the Drake and Meek Mill diss song will drop after the tweet below gets 10, 000 retweets. This is the second coming for the ‘After Party’ singer who pulled a similar stunt for the audio release of this song. The singer is seeking to repeat the same release ritual for the video. The video was interestingly shot in a Lagos burial site and features live battle and burial ceremony of Drake and Meek Mill look-alike. It also contains a special message to Nicki Minaj.
At the moment the tweet has a paltry 180 followers.
Vic O has finally claimed the throne of Nigerian rap, or so he believes. The viral rapper who is currently on a good run after the release of his viral beef song for Drake and Meek Mill, has revealed his dominance in the Nigerian Hip-hop scene. Meanwhile, Vic O has also declared himself king of Nigerian rap adding, that he is a better rapper than Chocolate City’s M.I, Rugged man, Naeto C, Mode 9 and Eedris Abdulkareem.
He revealed this to MTV Base Real Talk, a show anchored by MTV VJ, Ehiz. Asked to list the names of rappers he thinks he is better than, the Italian based rapper reeled out the names of the rappers and added ‘I am not only better than them, I will beat them at the rap battle and they all know about it. I can beat them because I know what I can do’. Vic O with his unique brand of music and minimalist comic videos, has warmed his way into the hearts of Nigerian fans. His most viral singles include ‘Why evils’, ‘Google Plus’, ‘After party’ and for this year ‘Look Uche face’.
