Nigeria's Rita Ora Pays Tribute To Aaliyah As She Catchs A flight In T-shirt Dedicated To Late R&B Star

23-year-old singer, Rita Ora was making her way across New York’s JFK International Airport sporting a loose fitting T-shirt that paid homage to the late R&B star, Aaliyah who tragically died in 2002 when her plane crashed in The Bahamas following a video shoot. Rita matched her black top, emblazoned
with the words AALIYAH BABY GIRL, with a pair of highly distinctive jogging bottoms.
As always the black and white Adidas sandals she’s been favouring of late formed part of the ensemble, which she completed with a pair of white sports socks.

With her hair fringed and nicely feathered, the singer was in high spirits as she made her way across the terminal to board a flight.
Last month, the singer publicly split from her industry boyfriend Calvin Harris after a year as a couple, but sadly the DJ took to Twitter to announce the split without fore-warning her. The How We Do songstress is not one to mope though, and has reportedly moved on by dating designer Tommy Hilfiger’s son, Ricky.

A source told the Daily Mirror: 'Ricky came over to Europe to hang with Rita a bit more this summer.
They really hit it off when they met and really like each other, so Rita invited him over to join her. They want to see where things might take them - they're just having a lot of fun.'

While Rita appears smitten with her new beau, it seems pals of the singer are less enthusiastic as they are wary of Ricky's bad boy past - including an arrest for cannabis possession in 2010.
