Actress Cameron Diaz Talks About Her Love For Sex On The Cover Of Cospmopolian Magazine

She's been married to Benji Madden for less than two months and Hollywood actress, Cameron Diaz has revealed that sex is an important part of her life. The 42-year-old told Cosmopolitan Magazine: 'It’s something healthy that we need to be doing for many different reasons.' She also said she works hard at making sure her body looks as good as it can through exercise. 'You have to just do it. Once you commit and really put in the effort, your body goes'
'People say, "My body rejects exercise." No, it doesn't. Your mind rejects exercise.' 

But despite her healthy attitude, she admits that she allows herself the occasional treat. 'Wellbeing is an equation. Remember, you don’t have to have the whole cake, you can have a piece. Don’t deprive yourself. Have fun. Just be self-aware. If your equation is 80% good, 20% bad most of the time, then a little movement toward the centre isn’t going to affect you much.' she said.

The star also thinks social media is pointless and bad for you [she quit in September 2014]: 'think social media is a crazy-ass experiment on society. The way people use it to get validation from a bunch of strangers is dangerous. What’s the point?'
