Wizkid, Tiwa Savage & More Party Hard, As Pepsi Unveils, Keshi, Amokachi & Echiejile As Ambassadors [PHOTOS]

Nigeria’s Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi, was on Thursday night, unveiled as a brand ambassador to Pepsi. Keshi alongside his assistant coach, Daniel Amokachi and defender, Elderson Echiejile were unveiled amidst cheers from the audience at an event tagged the Pepsi Samba Party. The inclusion of these new stars to Pepsi’s existing line-up of football ambassadors that has Victor Moses and Osaze Odemwingie creates one of the most multi-talented lists ever.

In appreciation, Keshi thanked Pepsi for being a major supporter of the game of soccer and sports in Nigeria.
He said, “We may be very few on the pitch of play but we realise that our team actually comprises of 160 million Nigerian fans that always support and cheer us on. Pepsi is a great brand and I am happy and honoured to be associated with it.”
Head of Marketing, Seven Up Bottling Company Plc, Mr. Norden Thurston, said, “Here in Nigeria, the passion for football knows no bounds. With Pepsi’s fantastic new line up this passion is set to rise higher than ever before as fans and consumers from across the country identify with Pepsi football stars they admire.”
Guests were treated to a football pitch carpet rather than the usual blue or red carpet by Vina (BBA & FUSE) after which they engaged in signing the farewell banner. Stylish TV host and actress – Eku Edewor alongside TV/Radio host Joe Hanson took charge of anchoring the entire night thrilling all in attendance.
From music to movies, the venue was star studded celebs came out to support the newly signed PEPSI ambassadors and equally cheer the national team to victory! Performances were top notch from Traffic to Tiwa savage, Lynxxx, Wizkid and Praiz. It was a night of football, a night of fun and a night filled with PEPSI moments.
