Abuja Bomb Scare: Nigerian Police Debunk Viral Rumours

We reported earlier today of a serious pandemonium in the Nyanya area of Abuja when a car suspected to be laden with explosive device was seen left unattended to in the middle of the road, and that motorists and other passersby scampered for safety for fear that the car might explode. The Nigerian Police Force has said that no bomb was detected in the parked car and that normalcy has since returned to the area.
