A video of a 9-year-old african-american boy slapping his mother has gone viral. The video was posted on Instagram two days ago by a user who said the mother in the video was high on hard drugs. According to reports, the mother was high on heroine and unresponsive and the boy slapped his mother out of frustration
screaming,
“Mummy, wake up. Can you talk to me? Wake up.”
The young boy appears pretty distraught and his mother does appear unresponsive in the brief video. A woman in the video tells him not to hit his mother. This video is shocking and sad at so many levels. See video below.
