Portharcourt singer, Waconzy has joined the growing number of Nigerian entertainers who have pitched their tent with the Presidential candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Gen. Muhammadu Buhari and Yemi Osinbajo. The singer called out to Nigerians, via his Twitter page, to vote for the duo in the forth-coming general elections if they want a better future for the youths, Check out his tweets below;
He wrote:
“I am no politician and never have been [one], but it’s time we stand up for something. No Western country agreed to sell arms to us or help us fight terrorism because they believe we have the ability to. We have watched and seen results over the years.
“People have died, so much money has gone missing and the fuel subsidy brought no results. No thief/culprit was ever brought to justice, money lost value, no steady power. Who is to blame; me, you or the people in charge?
“Don’t let nobody deceive you no more! There is no such thing like ‘my vote don’t count’, because it will this time around. My advice is this: Don’t vote for a party, vote for the best candidate.
“But me and my people will vote for change. We will vote Buhari for president and Dakuku Peterside as Rivers State governor. Don’t get it twisted; nobody paid me a dime to put up this post. I am just a concerned Nigerian that will always speak out. Do you feel me?”
