22-year old popstar, Miley Cyrus caused a stir while attending the Adult Swim Upfront Party at Terminal 5 in New York City on Wednesday. Miley threw caution to the wind and apparently her top too as she posed on the red carpet wearing just pink pasties and a pair of suspenders.
