This isn’t good. A store clerk from ShopRite in Paramus, New Jersey has told the police that Willie Maxwell, better known as Fetty Wap, 25, allegedly jumped him with his friends on the night of July 10 and beat him up. Here’s what went down.
The 19-year-old store clerk claimed that he was working the checkout when a female in Fetty’s group slapped him, according to TMZ. Her male friends, including the “Trap Queen” rapper, then reportedly jumped the clerk and began beating him in the middle of the store. The outlet reportedly obtained a video of the incident. While the clerk believes one of the male attackers to be Fetty Wap, he told the police that he is not 100 percent sure. Police reported some swelling on the side of his face where he was hit, but he refused to seek medical attention. He also has no interest in pressing charges. However, if cops can trace the incident to the rapper, Fetty can reportedly still be arrested.
