HollywoodLife.com previously reported that the papers allege that Nick savagely beat Bobbi throughout their relationship. He was said to have “dragged her upstairs by her hair” and knocked out her front tooth by punching her in the face. The most horrifying part of it all is that they day she was found face down in the bathtub, she had a swollen mouth and a tooth knocked out. He was also accused of choking her before the accident. In addition to physical abuse claimed by the lawsuit, Nick was also allegedly controlling her Whitney Houston inheritance — even after she was placed in the medically induced coma. A friend of Bobbi’s came forward and said that Bobbi felt torn between her family and friends and the man she loved. People reports that the lawsuit also claims that he often answered her cell phone and he wasn’t allowed to make appointments without his approval. Another chilling part of the lawsuit, is that before she was found unresponsive in a bathtub on Jan. 31, she began to confide in a friend about how Nick was not the man she thought he was. They had plans to meet on Jan. 31 to talk further…however, she never made it there — instead she was found unconscious in the bathtub. Bobbi Kristina remains in hospice care. Our thoughts and prayers remain with Bobbi and her family during this incredibly difficult time.
