Kylie Jenner Talks Life In The Limelight As She Rocks Blue-Dyed Hair For Girlfriend Mag

She has starred on reality television since she was nine-years-old. And eight years later, Kylie Jenner, 17, opened up about growing up in front of the camera for the cover story of Girlfriend Magazine's latest issue. The television personality showed off an edgy new look as she graced the front of the September issue
for the Australian publication donning a black and blue-coloured ombre. She completed the look with a white patterned dress, silver statement necklace, and various gold bracelets around her wrists.

In the issue, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star discussed several topics including spending a good part of her life in the limelight. 'I don't remember a time when there weren't cameras around, because we started this when I was nine, so I feel like I was born into it almost. 'Sometimes we don't realise how big we've gotten until we go out for lunch and everyone is asking for pictures or we get swarmed by the paparazzi and I'm like "Whoa! I didn't know this many people liked me.'

The youngest sister in the Kardashian-Jenner clan also discussed the nature of her relationship with 18-year-old sister Kendall. 'We still do a lot of stuff together, we have our clothing line and shoe line and all that together, so we're together a lot. 'But I think we have fun now doing things separately; we're just growing apart and getting older.'

Despite the drifting apart with her older sister, she said the coolest thing about being Kylie Jenner is her family. However, she added that the worst thing about being herself is that she feels like there is no room for mistakes. 'And if you make a mistake, everyone's hearing about it, its on every blog. 'It sucks being judged by the world instead of your close friends or family. I try to just realise that the only people who matter are my family and friends.'

The reality star made a recent appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards alongside her sisters Kendall and 33-year-old Kim Kardashian. At the gala, Kylie wore a silky black wrap-around gown featuring a high slit paired with black and gold stilettos.
