American comedian, actress and television host, Chelsea Handler who is recently known for going topless on her social media posts. The former host of Chelsea Lately spent her 40th birthday on Feb. 25 doing what she does best — going topless! She celebrated with her pal Whitney Cummings, who was treated to a face full of cleavage from the birthday girl.
