President Jonathan Leads Former Heads Of State To Celebrate Shehu Shagari' s 90th Birthday

Former President, Shehu Shagari who served as President of Nigeria's Second Republic from 1979 -1983 and who was born 25th February 1925, turned 90 years old today. To celebrate with him, President Jonathan and other former Heads of State including Chief Ernest Shonekan, Gen. Babangida, Gen. Yakubu Gowon and Gen.
