'How Music Saved Me From Being A Criminal' - Patoranking

During a media parley organised by MTV Base in Lagos yesterday, March 17, 2014, reggae dancehall singer, Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie a.k.a Patoranking made a shocking revelation that if he wasn't a successful musician he would have ended up a criminal. The singer who had a very rough upbringing and grew up in the slums said;
"The slum is not a place that gives many options. There, it was either you make it the right way or the crime way but I chose music and it has worked for me"

Patoranking who just signed a lucrative contract with New York based record label – VP Records revealed that he hopes to feature Jamaican reggae acts, Sean Paul & Beenie Man on his debut album.
