As the Federal Government announces its price slash on electricity tariff by 50%, some goats was pictured cooling off on a transformer somewhere in Nigeria irrespective of the non-stop electricity supply nationwide..Lol, according to latest estimation, by 2019, it's expected that electricity would be totally free in Naija...somebody say alleluia!!!
