In the April issue of W Magazine, 41-year old English model, Kate Moss is barely recognisable as she goes topless and sports stark white skin in a haunting new magazine spread entitled 'Painted Lady'. With a platinum wig, the beauty is seen in a billowing white chiffon Valentino haute couture gown pulled down to her torso, leaving a reddened nipple exposed.
