Chris Brown Sells Scary Hollywood Hills Home For $1.79million [PHOTOS]

Chris Breezy is really getting his life together! After swearing off the negative influences in his life and vowing to focus on his music, the “Loyal” singer has now sold his condo, the one with the scary graffiti all over it. The Hollywood home is valued for $1.79 million. According to reports, he also sold his penthouse condo that has been on the market for two years.

Brown’s neighbours are probably jumping for joy. They absolutely hated Breezy’s paintings that they claimed scared their children. “There are lots of babies, lots of children, and they’re literally frightened,” Hollywood Dell Civic Association president, Patti Negri told the Los Angeles Times last year. “It’s like devils on the wall – big scary eyes and big scary teeth, and just the whole vibe is not what we’re used to.” Breezy even replied the critics with the tweet below:
He filed an appeal with the city claiming he was being wrongly targeted since the graffiti is not a sign, but art that enhances 'the architectural and aesthetic features of the residential property.' He cited the First Amendment's guarantees of freedom of speech and expression in his appeal.
'The murals are a reflection of [my] aesthetic taste and a reflection of free speech and expression protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution,' his appeal said.

The 25-year-old singer was ordered to remove the graffiti art depicting a series of cartoonish blob-shaped monsters with big eyes and mouths filled with sharp white teeth. He was cited $376 for 'unpermitted and excessive signage' and ordered to remove the artwork under the threat of more fines.
