A smooth criminal named Jeremy
Meeks was arrested for a firearms offence. His captivating blue eyes and
chiseled jaw has somehow managed to steal the hearts of women across the world
after police posted his mugshot on Facebook
and it got liked almost 40,000 times and astonishing thousands of comments. Jeremy Meeks became the target of
affection for thousands of women after a photo of him was uploaded to the
Stockton Police Department’s Facebook
page reporting his arrest.
Meeks, who has previous convictions, was arrested for
firearms offences following a police operation targeting gang behaviour in the
northern Californian city. However, police did not quite get the response they
predicted as thousands of swooning women ‘liked’
the photo and made comments about the 30-year-old chiseled-jaw hunk.

wrote: “Model material. His jawline. Lol
i ain’t thirsty but whew” while Anita Gibson said: “Smoking hot!”. Princess Jade was more forward,
commenting on the photo: “Lock me In his
cell yummy” while others jokingly offered to pay his bail.
Stockton Police Department spokesman Joseph Silva said Meeks was
"one of the most violent criminals in the Stockton area" and was
arrested on five weapons charges and one gang charge. Meeks, who is being held
on $900,000 bail, is due to appear in court on Friday afternoon.
