National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) of the Kaduna State command reportedly arrested a hotel manager and 11 secondary school students for alleged drug abuse and trafficking.
Mohammed Jibrin, State Commander of the agency, said that the children; seven girls and four boys, were arrested in a hotel room taking a “psychotropic substance,” Channels TV reports.
Jibrin also revealed that eight of the children were students in junior classes. Parents of the students have reportedly been invited to the command for counselling and questioning. The hotel manager involved in the case is currently under investigation.
