Embattle rapper, Tyga was handcuffed by police on Monday after being pulled over while shooting a music video in South Central Los Angeles. The 24-year-old rapper was driving a Rolls-Royce in the tough neighbourhood with several men in the car while shooting the video for Make It Work. An LAPD helicopter noticed the vehicle driving recklessly and Six police cars responded and numerous officers took part in the investigation.
An eyewitness told TMZ the traffic stop was for reckless driving and police later confirmed that Tyga was cited for a traffic violation. The rapper was eventually released but his bodyguard was arrested for investigation of possession of a gun not registered in California.
