Controversy Trails As 3 Card Readers Have Failed To Read President Jonathan's PVC

In Otueke, Bayelsa State, 3 card readers have failed to read President Jonathan's permanent voter card. Meanwhile, at Gen Buhari's ward in Katsina State, it took him and his wife just under 4 minutes to get their own accreditation done in katsina.
Update: Mr President and the First Lady have now been successfully accredited with the 5th card reader after initial hiccups with the first 4 card readers.
