'No Blacks' Chinese Restaurant Shut Down In Kenya After Massive Media Outrage

Furious residents took to social media to denounce an apparently racist policy of not allowing African patrons to eat there after 5pm. The Chongquing Chinese Restaurant has now been shut down for not having the proper licenses. The restaurant also did not have a valid liquor license and had failed to comply with public health requirements on food handling. The owners of the restaurant said the measure was put in place following a robbery in 2013, and have apologised for causing any offence.
