Classic FM Lagos popular morning presenter,
Sylvester Ojigbede a.k.a Sly has been reported dead. He died last night after a brief illness that had to do with his spinal chord. He is survived by a wife and two children. May his soul rest in peace. Below is an official release from the radio station;
Megalectrics Limited (Operator of Classic Fm 97.3) deeply regret to announce the passing of one of our OAPs Slyvester Ojigbede popularly known as SLY, the host of the ‘Morning Show’ and Saturday morning show ‘Saturday Express’ on our station.
Sly passed away on Sunday the 3rd of May after a brief illness. Funeral arrangements will be announced by his family. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife, children and extended family at this difficult time.
May his soul rest in peace. He will be deeply missed by all of us.
